To date, Phase 1 of the development encompassing a gross area of 308 acres is completed with full infrastructure. Its 211 acres of nett saleable area is 90% sold. Phase 2A covering 85 acres is completed with required infrastructure and is currently 75% sold.

Five factories are currently operational in SiLC Nusajaya with more companies expected to start operations in 2010. SiLC Plaza housing the SiLC Nusajaya sales office and commercial centre is expected to begin construction this year while infrastructure work for Phase 2B offering 120 acres of freehold lots is now in progress to be completed by the end of 2010.
