In order to cater for the specific needs of the industries, Nusajaya will establish an industry-specific One Stop Customer Support Centre. The One Stop Centre is responsible to ensure that all enquiries and applications, in the areas of immigration, customs, taxation, banking & finance, human resource and government approvals, are assisted and followed through accordingly.
The One Stop Centre endeavours to create an industry specific proposal to cater to the investor’s potential expansion and relocation to SiLC Nusajaya. The proposal will include information such as procedures, key contacts and business opportunities.
